Breanne Dodd is among a group of 20 athletes selected to receive a 2014 Team Investors Group Amateur Athletes Fund bursary of $5,000.
The annual award is to “assist Canada’s elite amateur athletes with the cost of training and competition.”
The Investors Group has provided $1.5 million in bursaries over the past 15 years. Recipients are selected by AthletesCAN.
Dodd, from Surrey, is a waterski professional.
