Fusion fastpitch tryouts this weekend

Tryouts being held in Langley for 99A, 98A and 97A teams.

The Fraser Valley Fusion girls fastpitch organization is holding team tryouts in Langley this weekend.

Tryouts for Fusion 99A is Sept. 8 and 8, from 9:30-11:45 a.m. at the southwest diamond at Noel Booth Park. Contact Brian Rance, president of Langley Fastball Association at bryanvgr@gmail.com.

Fusion 98A tryouts are Sept. 7 from 6-7:30 p.m. (pitchers and catchers only) at Willoughby Park’s northeast diamond. The team’s regular tryouts are 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. Sept. 8 and 9 at the southwest diamond at Noel Booth Park. Contact coach Mark Timmons at timmons315@hotmail.com.

Fusion 97A tryouts are Sept. 7 from 6-7:30 p.m. (pitchers and catchers only) at Willoughby Park’s northeast diamond. Other players try out Sept. 8 and 9 from 12:30-3 p.m. at the southwest diamond at Noel Booth Park.

Note: you’re asked to arrive 30 minutes before tryout time to register. Registration forms are available at Fraser Valley Fusion’s website at fraservalleyfusion.com.
