Limestone College lacrosse player honoured by USILA

Mike Messenger of the Limestone College Saints was named a United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) First-Team All-American.

The midfielder from Surrey has completed his third season with the Saints field lacrosse team in Gaffney, South Carolina.

A two-time Conference Carolinas Offensive Player of the Year, Messenger earned his second straight USILA First-Team All-American selection as he currently leads the nation with 51 total goals. He has recorded five goals in a game four times this season and has scored four or more goals in a contest a total of eight times.
