The 24th annual Scholastic Rowing Regatta is set for Deas Slough on Saturday.
The day-long event runs from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at in Deas Island Regional Park (62B Street and River Road). A concession will be open, and spectators are urged by dress for the weather and bring lawn chairs to watch 424 athletes from 19 clubs from the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.
The Massey Cup and the Delta Police Athletic Association trophy will be presented at the end of the day.
