Surrey Special Olympics will celebrate 30 years with a Walk-A-Thon Sunday (May 10) at Bear Creek Park from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The annual event raises money for programs for the 295 athletes participating in 14 programs. Athletes with the highest pledge totals will receive prizes, and all participants will receive a T-shirt.
