Take notice that pursuant to the Manufactured Home Park Tenancy Regulations, the Landlord of the Manufactured Home Park at the above-noted address, intends to dispose of a 1976 Manufactured Home, MH Reg #13515, and its contents, (“the Property”) 60 days after this notice is deemed received; unless during this period: (1) You take possession of the Property, (2) You establish a right to possession of the Property, or (3) You make an application to the BC Supreme Court to establish such a right.
Current amounts owing in arrears to Landlord: $5,242.55
