C.& Brother; Elvin Finstad, Pr.George, B. C. Cecil was predeceased by his first wife June in 1989 his Brother Milan Finstad and sister-in-law Louisa Finstad. A Graveside Gathering will be held at 12:30 pm, Saturday, June 21, 2007 at Valley View Memorial Gardens, 14644 - 72nd Ave., followed by a Memorial Tea at Fraser Heights Funeral Home, 14835 Fraser Highway, Sry., BC. from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Cecil was a loving caring companion, father, grandfather, great grandfather and a good and caring brother & uncle.
