Famoso has brought its fire-roasted Neapolitan pizza, along with an updated menu and service model, to Guildford Town Centre.
The full-service restaurant, which opened to the public on Monday, Oct. 26, is the chain’s second location in Surrey.
The Guildford eatery is operated by Gus Bajwa and Christoph Barrow, who co-hosted a launch event Sunday evening with Famoso founders Justin Lussier, Christian Bullock and Jason Allard.
The Famoso location at GTC features a centre bar area, lounge area, pasta dishes and modern decor. It is the sixth Famoso location in B.C. and the 29th in Canada, and represents a change to a full-service model for the entire chain.
