SURREY — Central City was awarded BOMA BC's Outstanding Building of the Year (Toby) Award Thursday.
The award program judges BOMA BC commercial buildings on their management, operations, energy efficiency, design, tenant relations and community impact.
"We are extremely proud and honored," said Bill Rempel, vice president and general manager of Central City. "We were up against very strong competition and this award speaks to the quality and calibre of Central City, our tenants, and our emerging community in Surrey City Centre."
Central City is now qualified to advance to the National Awards Gala, which will be held in September in Quebec City.
