The Surrey PetSmart store in Strawberry Hill is joining the rest of the chain across Canada in the Howl-O-Ween Events for Pets and Pet Parents on Oct. 20 from 3-5 p.m.
The event will include a costume contest and parade (with a chance to win a PetSmart gift card) and pet photos in a commemorative frame will be available for $4.95 with a PetPerks card.
The event is for all pets – not just dogs – and their owners.
