Surrey Archives show area's railway development on YouTube.

The Surrey Archives have gone off the rails and onto YouTube, with a video highlighting Surrey’s railway history from the 1880s to 1920s.

It’s called The Railway Era: Surrey’s History in Motion.

Using archival images, the video shows how Surrey’s railway system developed as areas were cleared of forest, and roads and bridges were built.
