Surrey Museum hosts fiesta for Dia de lost Muertos – Day of the Dead.

Accompanied by guitarist Jose Gimenez, Elsa Rojas Marquez sings at the Surrey Museum on Nov. 16 as part of a Mexican-themed event – specifically a nod to Dia de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead.
