White Rock trolley given CARP cash

WHITE ROCK — Local members of CARP (A New Vision of Aging for Canada – White Rock/South Surrey Chapter) recently presented a $350 cheque to Tourism White Rock to help keep the city’s trolley on track.

The hop-on, hop-off trolley offers free rides to residents and visitors on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. until Labour Day, with designated stops starting at Central Plaza.

CARP made the donation "not only to offer convenience and fun to older Canadians, but also for their families and friends."
