Surrey Tree Lighting Festival & Holiday Market returns to Surrey Civic Plaza for two days, Nov. 25-26, featuring live music, dance and more on four stages, photos with Santa, expanded market, amusement rides and light displays. Toy Drive for Keian’s Holiday Wish in Surrey until Dec. 14. “Donations will go to B.C. Children’s Hospital and Surrey Memorial Hospital. The yearly campaign of giving is held in memory of six year-old Keian Blundell, an honorary member of the RCMP, who lost his battle with leukemia in 2014.
