An elementary school in Surrey is the recipient of a 2012 Indigo Love of Reading Foundation grant to stock its library with new books.
Cedar Hills Elementary will receive $95,000 over three years for its application which demonstrated a clear understanding of the importance of childhood reading in nurturing a well-grounded future generation.
The school is among 20 elementary schools who will share the Love of Reading Foundations annual $1.5 million allocation.
