Five Canucks joined forces for another Canucks-based Christmas video

A group of five faithful Vancouver fans have uploaded their own version of a Christmas soundtrack to YouTube – a Canucks Christmas Carol – and gathered over 2,000 views and spreading a little holiday cheer in the process.

YouTube user Clayton Imoo uploaded a hockey-themed version of Wham!’s ‘Last Christmas’, sung by Pat G, Marie, Arielle, Joseph, and Pat T, as well as “our favourite foreign exchange student Kevin,” according to the video’s summary.

It starts with a lookback on 2012’s pretty depressing lockout and then moves onto the group’s favourite Canucks.

According to the video’s uploader, Joseph San Jose and Kevin (the exchange student) are the only two who have appeared in all four Canucks Christmas carols.

From the video’s page:

“It’s that time of year again: time for our 4th annual Canucks Christmas Carol!

“Our song this year is inspired by Wham!’s “Last Christmas”. We lament the lockout of last Christmas and look at the most important elements of this year’s team: Roberto Luongo, Ryan Kesler, the Sedins, and head coach John Tortorella.”
