Members of the Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation of Canada perform at Surrey City Hall to celebrate a donation to Surrey Memorial Hospital Foundation.
The Tzu Chi Foundation has made the final payment to complete its pledge to raise $155,704 in support of the new Emergency Centre being built at SMH. The non-profit organization raised the money through various fundraising activities during the past few years.
