Delta Police want to speak to two witnesses who may have information about an incident at a school Sunday when a teen suffered a serious head injury.
The event took place between 5 and 6 p.m. on Aug. 4 at McCloskey Elementary, near 115 Street and 80 Avenue in North Delta, and involved a 15-year-old boy.
Police say one of the people they are hoping to contact is a Caucasian man in his mid- to late-30s with a heavy build who may have seen the incident where the teen was injured.
The second witness being sought is a man who was near the school at the time and may have seen the youth as he was being helped out of the area. He may be a medical professional, said police.
Witnesses or anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Const. Richard Stabler at 604-946-4411.
