CLOVERDALE — A five-year-old girl is recovering from her injuries after falling off an ATV on Saturday afternoon.
The accident happened in the 7800-block of 192nd Street, at her aunt's place. Police said the girl's dad was strapping her into the machine, which wasn't moving, when she slid off its seat and struck her head on the concrete.
She was taken to hospital by air ambulance, to be treated for a skull fracture.
