CLOVERDALE - Riders split more than $325,000 in prize money at this year's Cloverdale Rodeo.

 

Jessy Davis of Montana took home the $20,000 first-place prize, dominating bareback riding all weekend.

 

Other big winners were Tyrell Larsen of Inglis, MB (saddle bronc), Kamloops native Julie Leggett (ladies barrel racing) and Utah's Steve Woolsey (bull riding).

 

In the World Freestyle Round-Up skateboarding event at Cloverdale Curling Rink, Andy Anderson of White Rock won the amateur division over a pair of riders from Brazil, while Guenter Mokulys, of Berlin, Germany, scored top marks among pros.
