Shots fired on Crescent Road in South Surrey

An early morning report of shots fired in South Surrey has caused Crescent Road to be closed while police investigate, but no injuries have been reported.

On Tuesday (June 13) at around 3 a.m., reports came in to police about shots fired in the 13000-block of Crescent Road. Once on scene, police “located evidence of shots fired on the roadway,” reads a release from Surrey RCMP Cpl. Vanessa Munn.

“No injuries or damage to any surrounding properties have been reported.”

Surrey RCMP’s General Investigation Unit is investigating the incident and will be canvassing the neighbourhood. Crescent Road between 130 Street and 132 Street is closed in both directions.

Anyone with information about the shooting, dash camera or residential CCTV footage is asked to contact Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502.
