SURREY — A missing Surrey woman has been located two days after police went to the public asking for help finding her.
Twenty-one-year-old Chelsea Hagen had initially been reported missing on Jan. 24 and police and family had been concerned as she was said to "live a high-risk lifestyle."
Surrey RCMP thank the public and for their assistance with the case.
