WHITWORTH, Hilton. June 4, 1922 – Aug. 17, 2013. Hilton passed away peacefully on August 17, 2013 at the George Derby Centre. Born in Hespero, AB, he made his home in Surrey, BC after serving in the Royal Canadian Navy during WWII, where he was part of the Canadian Forces involved in taking Juno Beach along the Normandy coast, on June 06, 1944. Predeceased by his loving wife Judy of 40 years, Hilton will be deeply missed by family & friends.
