BAIN, Margaret Doris Mar 20, 1923 - Aug 17, 2012. Our dearly beloved Margaret passed away peacefully with loving family around her at Surrey Memorial Hospital on Friday, Aug 17th. She will be missed by many friends, family and the countless number of people she had touched during her career as a nurse.
Margaret always had a love for children as she was a pediatric nurse for over 40 years at the Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster and after her retirement was very involved in working with children's programs through her church. This and her love of travel kept Margaret young at heart.
She is survived by husband Art, children Dan, Bonnie & Tim, grandchildren Brooke, Ryan, Shannon & Aleena and great grandchildren Nathan, Adam & Claire. Funeral service will be held at Ocean View Funeral Home, 4000 Imperial St., Burnaby on Friday, Aug 31st at 1 pm.
