Much-loved mother of Ron and Jim Nelson, Marjie passed away after a short illness on July 11. Born in Taber, Alberta Nov. 3, '34, Marjie had six brothers and sisters. They are/were Leo, Walter, Esther, Carol, Mildred, and Onie, who lives close to the family home in Surrey. Marjie was pre-deceased by her husband, Albert. Both Marjie and Albert had many friends and were lifelong members of the Royal Canadian Legion.
Her loving sons Ron and Jim extend an open invitation for relatives and friends of the family to celebrate Marjie's life this Saturday, July 28 at 11 a.m. at St. Cuthbert Anglican Church in Surrey. The address is 11601-82nd Avenue. After the service, there will be a small reception at the family home at #205-7161-121st. in Surrey. Please ring #32 for entry.
