Willget Wilkie Chow passed away on March 3, 2019, age 62.
Survived by his mother Fung Kuen "Jean" Chow; his loving wife of 34 years, Rae; his children Sarah (Shane) Weckstrom, Zachary (Tania), Matthew (Nicole) and Benjamin (Cheyenne); grandchildren Benjamin, Blake and Braeden; siblings, Mary, Jack, Richard (Yuki), and May; and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by a large extended family and many friends.
He is predeceased by his father Sun Yip "George" Chow; and his grandparents Kwong "Joe" Chow, Fong Shee Chow, Kam Lam Yan and Yu Yu Kam.
Wilkie was surrounded by love and support in his final days, passing away peacefully at Kinsmen Lodge as dawn was breaking on a beautiful, sunny day. His daughter by his side, he was finally free and at peace. He will be missed by all.
Service to be held March 22, 2019 10 am at Valley View Funeral Home, 14660 72 Ave, Surrey BC. Graveside Service and Reception to follow.
