We always hear what a terrible experience people have when going to Surrey Memorial Hospital Emergency.
It is important for people to realize that is not always the case. I am 67 and had fallen on Dec. 8. When at the emergency ward, I was treated respectfully, kindly and promptly by all of the nurses and doctors in the emergency.
Even though it was busy, I was attended to, X-rayed and home in a little more than three hours. That is efficiency.
I want to say thank you to everyone who works at Surrey Memorial Hospital and especially those in the emergency who are always there when needed.
