I just read about the planned destruction of 300 mature trees on the Bose farm. Until we (Surrey) get TransLink planning and funding finalized, this will just contribute to gridlock and service shortages.
Also, the municipality could ensure every homeowner pays his or her fair share of taxes for municipal services provided.
