July 1st is a precious day. Hopefully Canadians of all ages will be singing O Canada with unbridled enthusiasm while waving our national flag in one hand and holding a piece of birthday cake in the other.
Canada was built by hard work, personal sacrifice and tolerant determination. Progressive Canadians have always been this country’s most valuable national resource.
Cherish and protect our democracy and by all means have a happy Canada Day, eh?
