I am writing to express my opinion on the FVDED in the Park event at Holland Park on the July 1 long weekend.
Despite the published negative feedback, I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed by the event and hope it continues for many years to come.
I am too old to attend, but I met friends for dinner at restaurants close by so that we could also enjoy the music and the exciting atmosphere.
It’s exactly the type of event Surrey needs to bolster its reputation as a “fun city,” so I want to congratulate the organizers and everyone involved on a job well done.
