Notice is given by U-Pak Mobile Storage located 1500 Derwent Way, Delta, BC that the contents being household goods and other personal items of the following lockers will be sold on Saturday, July 15th, 2023 if monies owed are not paid and the contents of the lockers are not removed from the premises.

ATTENTION ALL TAXPAYERS

Notice is given by U-Pak Mobile Storage located 1500 Derwent Way, Delta, BC that the contents being household goods and other personal items of the following lockers will be sold on Friday, June 30, 2023 if monies owed are not paid and the contents of the lockers are not removed from the premises.

Furniture, bikes, household goods which were left behind by Martina Pavlik on rented premises at 11766 81a Ave, Delta, BC V4C2A9 are being stored till June 30, 2023 . There is presently an amount owing $1,340.52 plus any additional costs of storage, sale and disposal.

Pursuant to Section 98 of the Community Charter , S.B.C. 2003, c. 26, the Council of the City of Surrey will consider the 2022 Annual Municipal Report at the meeting on Monday, June 19, 2023, commencing at 7:00 p.m.

An application was heard on May 8, 2023, in Calgary, Alberta, wherein Applications Judge, J. L. Mason granted the following: The Decision of the ASC dated July 24, 2013, levying an administrative penalty against the Respondent in the amount of $200,000.00 and requiring the Respondent pay $77,000.
