1 medium bottle organic strained tomatoes

1 medium onion

4 cups fresh tomatoes

1 cup yellow pepper (or red or green)

1 small English cucumber

2 green onions

2 cloves garlic

Chopped fresh cilantro to taste

ΒΌ cup fresh basil (or 2 Tbsp. dried)

1 tsp. honey

Juice of 2 limes

3 Tbsp. wine vinegar

1tsp. tarragon

3 Tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. salt (optional)

1 tsp. ground pepper

Mix all ingredients together

Chill and serve
