Hello Kin’s Green Fighters,

Your weight loss journey is beginning and everyone will win if they make healthy changes in their life!

I would like to share a few of my best practices that helped me to snip the strings of yo-yo dieting. Small healthy changes over time will make a BIG difference in your life!

Here are some tips on drinking water:

  1. Your body is up to 75 per cent water and a mere two per cent drop in hydration can affect your brain function. You can go without food for up to two months (I am not recommending this, of course) but after only a few days without water your bodily functions would be compromised.
  2. What would you answer if I asked you “what is water?” The correct answer is water is H2O and nothing else. If it is not clear and if ANYTHING has been added it is not water. Do the water exercise in my eBook to find out where your water is coming from.
  3. As a general rule I recommend drinking eight glasses of plain water (H2O) every day. Of course if you have health problems you should consult your physician before increasing your water intake.

I know you’re going to know some of this information already because you, like me, have probably tried lots of diets. And you may be thinking “I already know that”. But I’ve got to tell you – if you’re not using it, you don’t know it! DO NOT SKIP THE BASICS!

If you would like to read more about water, go to www.debrondeau.com and download a copy of my $29.97 eBook as my gift to you.
